This section contains information relating to the cookie policy of the website, owned by Freccia International S.r.l., with reference to the use of cookies by the users.

This document is an integral part of the Privacy Policy of the website and the information contained therein made to interested parties pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation, EU Regulation no. 679/2016, of the personal data protection code, Legislative Decree of 30 June 1993, n. 196 and subsequent amendments, and the “Guidelines for cookies and other tracking tools – 10 June 2021”, G.U. n. 163 of 9 July 2021.

What are cookies               

A “cookie” is a text file created on the user’s computer when he accesses a particular site, with the purpose of storing and transporting information. Cookies are sent from a web server (which is the computer on which the visited website is running) to the user’s browser Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) and stored on the user’s computer; then they are re-sent to the website at the time of subsequent visits. During navigation, the user may also receive cookies from different sites on his terminal (so-called “third party” cookies), set directly by the managers of said websites and used for the purposes and in the manner defined by them.

First party cookies

Google Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics. This is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”) which uses cookies that are stored on the user’s computer to allow statistical analysis in aggregate form regarding the use of the website visited.

Social network buttons and widgets

Social buttons are those particular “buttons” on the site that depict social network icons (for example, Facebook and Linkedin) and allow users who are browsing to interact directly with social platforms with a “click”.

The social buttons used by the site on the “Contacts” page (HOME PAGE) are links that refer to the owner’s accounts on the social networks depicted. By using these buttons, third-party cookies are therefore not installed on the site. In any case, the links are shown where the user can view the privacy policy relating to the management of data by the social networks to which the buttons refer.

c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
d) the identification details of the Data Controller and of the Personal Data Processing Managers;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the Personal Data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;

Furthermore, the interested party has the right to obtain:

f) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the Data;
g) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
